Last year the Riverwalk Festival(art) and Blackwater River Festival(a&c) were combined. The fine artists (who at least were on the Riverwalk) did not do well and the crafters (set up on North Willing, a block away from the main area) did much worse. Apparently the organizers thought the solution to the problem was to separate the two events by a month! This year the 22 artists (who at least were on the riverwalk) did not do well! Good luck to the artists and crafters unfortunate enough to have to do the event on Apr. 26th-27th!
This is last year's form but we have either not yet recieved the current form or it has not changed except for the date. To copy this form: right click on the form, then "Save Picture As ..." to your harddrive file. You can then print out copies of the form on your printer.
